Die Branche der Nutzlosdienste gibt nicht auf. Suchen Sie bei Google nach Google Earth, wird Ihnen auf der Ergebnisliste, auf den ersten Positionen, Links zu KOSTENPFLICHTIGEN Portalen angeboten.
Geben Sie dort Ihre persönlichen Daten ein und klicken auf Absenden, bekommen Sie gleich am nächsten Tag eine Rechnung über 84,00 Euro. Dass der Download eines kostenlosen Dienstes (Google Earth) auf diesem Downloadportal Geld kostet, wird nur der sehr aufmerksame Surfer feststellen. Nicht gesetzeskonform wird der Kostenhinweis im Fließtext untergebracht.

Dass es hier etwas kostet, ist deutlicher auf der Startseite zu sehen. Diese wird wohl auch den Richtern/Staatsanwälten gezeigt. Die sagen dann: „Was wollen die dummen Surfer? Hier steht doch alles!“
